When creating a page for a collection, I first want to get the collectionPage info, then run the collectionData request. Because not all collectionPage will have collectionData.

So collectionData can share most of the code with PageBody.tsx but I will need to pass an id instead of a table.

1. Create a CollectionHero function in PageHero.tsx which calls/api/ to GET the metadata for a page.
2. If the collection has a Measurements[].length then render the collectionBody from PageBody.tsx
